Welcome to ChampSheep! These Terms of Service govern your use of our prediction game platform. By using our service, you agree to these terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use ChampSheep. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
2. Account Creation
- You must provide a valid email address
- Choose a unique username
- Maintain the security of your account
- You are responsible for all activity under your account
3. Acceptable Use
When using ChampSheep, you agree not to:
- Use offensive or inappropriate language in usernames
- Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
- Attempt to manipulate game results or scoring
- Share accounts or credentials with others
- Use automated systems to make predictions
- Engage in any illegal activity
4. Predictions and Scoring
- Predictions must be submitted before a match starts
- Scores are calculated based on official match results
- Leaderboards are updated automatically
- We reserve the right to correct scoring errors
5. Pools
- Public pools are visible to all users
- Private pools require an invitation code
- Pool creators can moderate their members
- We reserve the right to remove inappropriate content
6. Intellectual Property
ChampSheep and all associated content are our property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our service without written permission. Match data is provided for entertainment purposes only.
7. Limitation of Liability
ChampSheep is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for:
- Data loss or service interruptions
- Inaccurate match information
- Disputes between users
- Any indirect or consequential damages
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may also delete your account at any time from your profile settings.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Delaware, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence grants you the right to bring proceedings locally.
